The best way to produce a midori sour is to basically re-arrange a whisky
sour, like so:

Melon Sour (midori)

2 shots Midori
1 shot Fresh Lemon Juice (about of a lemon, hopefully you have the same lemons
i get)
1/2 shot Sugar Syrup
1/2 shot Egg white (very optional)
however, no bitters (a whisky sour normally contains angostura bitters)

if you use 1 shot vodka, 1 shot midori instead of 2 shots midori then you get
a 'japanese slipper'.

Or, if you use 1 shot silver tequila, 1 midori instead of 2 shot midori, then
you get a melon margarita.

Another interesting sour is a 'Nutty Sour' (using Frangelico)

George!
