OK hotrod, why don't you read the "bartending school is a joke thread" and 
then figure out why you don't have a job. You've gone to scholl and worked as 
a temp and you want polly esthers to make you a bartender? You're BARELY 
qualified to barback at a club like that. You seem to not grasp what a 
bartender does. The bartender doesn't learn as he goes. That's what a barback 
does. The bartender is in charge. If you don't think a bartender runs the show 
go in to polly esthers one night and piss off the bartender (not like you'll 
hurt your chance for a job there). With your ability to jump behind a bar with 
anyone, who you gonna ask when your the only one behind the bar? How stupid do 
you think you'll look when your barback has to show you how to do something? 
Guys like you piss me off because its people like you that cause me to have to 
leave bartending school OFF my aps. just so people will take me seriously.
