In regular sizes an Old Fashioned is 2oz of Bourbon Splash of Angusturo 
Bitters, Sugar (1 lump or equivalent), Table spoon of water, Orange slice and 
a cherry.

Put the orange, cherry, bitters, water and sugar into the glass - mash well 
then pour the bourbon in on top.

If you are making bulk then you can just mash all the fruit sugar etc in a 
large container then spoon into the glass when you are ready to pour.

Make sure you get some juices in the glass tho', that is what makes the flavour
