Do not know much about clementines.

For 2 liquor bottles:

LIQUEUR DE CLEMENTINE

 6 untreated clementines
 6 cloves
 1 brandy L
 1 kg of caster sugar
0,5 water L (I believe this is 1/2 liter of water)
 1/2 vanilla pod

The day before, wipe clementines, prick each one of them with a clove. Put
them in a large pot with brandy. Let macerate. The following day prepare a
syrup while making heat water, sugar and vanilla, let cook until ˆ sirupeuse
consistency. Withdraw vanilla. Leave clementines the maceration, pour syrup in
brandy, mix, filter, bottle.
