Subject: Flair/Freestyle kinde of work...
From: Serge R.

I work in a small restaurant-bar where people mostly order smth to eat, drink
food with some vodka, (ladies-wine), a brendy/cognac, and coffee/cappuchino
for dessert, and barely a cocktail. But I want to try out myself in a modern
establishment(disco, night-club) where freestyle required. But my work
experience is 2,5 months, I know what freestyle/flair is, But, say true, I've
never seen the work of such bartenders.
So my question is:
Is there any useful info about this and, if there is, where it can be
reached?

P.S. Is there any freestylers who can tell smth about his job? It would be
very interesting and useful for me.

 Thanks.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
