This is a good question.

Are you going to rate the establishments signature Margaritas? Or rate each
establishments non signature or standard Margarita that contains a tequila,
orange liqueur, lemon and/or lime, salted rim (some use colored salt) and
possible garnish? Are you also going to rate the service and establishment's
atmosphere?

To rate the quality of the ingredients: Is it a Mexican tequila or a cheap
tequila (not 100% blue agave). Does the Margarita contain an Anejo, Reposado
or Gold tequila? What type of orange liqueur. Even though Grand Marnier is
the top orange liqueur it is not a triple sec like contreau and Curacao, and
Gran Marnier has a brandy base. Does the Margarita use lime juice, lemon
juice, or lemon mix that is fresh or comes in a can? Does the Margarita
contain ice? How many total ounces of ingredients is the drink, excluding the
ice?

What type of glass is the margarita served in - martini, cocktail, coupet?
And is it conducive to the drink? The price of the Margarita? Even though
they use top ingrediennts do they taste good blended togeter? Also how you
might improve each Margarita?
