I am figuring out pour sizes in the glasses that I have for my bar/restaurant
and was hoping someone could tell me the appropriate liqour amounts for the
glasses I have.
I have:
7 1/2oz Martini glasses
17 oz brandy snifters
7 oz rocks glasses
2 oz cordials glasses
10.5 oz red/white wine glasses (I am pouring 6 oz pours for the wine)
and 10 oz hi-ball glasses.
How much fluid should I be pouring into these glasses after I add ice? I know
that the Martini glasses, cordials and snifters will not have ice in them, so
what would be the appropriate amount of fluids in these glasses to make the
drinks look substantial? Could you break it down for me as how much alchohol
in the drink as opposed to how much non-alchoholic mixers? Thanks a lot.
