Grassl Gebirgs is a manufacter of schnapps.I am familar with  enziann liqueur 
they make that is potato liquor with ginsing.
 I think obstler can translate as butler,but have not heard of that 
flavor/name.

Lorch is a castle where the willow river  meets the rhine and what you have 
was probably made there.I know there some german bartenders that read this 
forum,maybe they can help
