Cafe Romano

1 oz Sambuca
1 oz Kahlua or Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Half & Half or Cream

2 - 3 Coffee Beans

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

The slight anise flavor of Sambuca gives this cocktail bite.
Drop in 2 or 3 coffee beans.

The Tar-tini

2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Sambuca
1 1/2 oz Kahlua
3 coffee beans

Shake vodka and sambuca over ice. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Slide
the Kahlua into the bottom of the glass. Garnish with coffee beans. -Tar Bar
and Lounge, Manhattan
---------
Black on Black

2 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Sambuca
Garnish with a licorice Stick or 3 coffee beans
----------------------
An Italian tradition is if you serve and odd number of coffee beans it means
the guest is welcomed and if you serve the guest an even number of beans it
means the guest is unwelcomed.

ALMOND JOY

Serve over ice. 1/2 oz. Amaretto, 1/2 oz. White Creme de CaCao and 2 oz.
cream. Shake well.

These are really delicious, would make a wonderful after dinner drink with
coffee.

Almond Delight

1 oz Sambuca
1/2 oz Amaretto

Mixing instructions: Pour Sambuca first, then Amaretto.

Creator/contributor's comments: Tasty. Another variation is using about three
ounces Amaretto rather than 1/2 in an old fashioned glass on the rocks, which
is nice if you like almonds. cheers.
