If you're pouring from a bottle with a pour spout on it then it's a 'four'
count per ounce not a 'three' count. Practice with some water in a bottle and
get the timing right...you don't want to count too fast or too slow, just a
steady 1, 2, 3, 4...
Test yourself by pouring back into a jigger and seeing how close you
are...with some practice you'll be right at the top of the jigger but not
spillin over.
If you're using a store & pour bottle, which is what the juices usually are in
at a bar, then it's a two count per ounce...
After a while if you're using the same glasses you'll get the feel for it and
not have to count but it's a good way to start and not have to use a jigger.
there you go...have fun pouring...
