Do you have a blender?  Does he/she like yougurt or ice cream?
A tasty one is a strawberry and Banana smoothie.

Hot chocolate. Espresso. 

I would go to www.webtender.com click on Search For Drinks.  Click on the 
right side "Advanced search" and then unclick "alcohol," and "optional 
alcohol" and then click on Search.  You will get 194 recipes.

Jungle Juice 

Ingredients:
1 Banana, broken into chunks 
2 cups Orange juice 
1 dash Ginger 
Mixing instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium speed 
until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.

Mixing instructions: Pour all ingredients into a highball glass over ice cubes 
and serve.

1/2 cranberry juice
1/2 pineapple juice

1/2 cranberry juice
1/2 grapefruit juice
Garnish: Lime Wheel

1/2 Orange juice
1/2 Cranberry Juice
