look at the invoice see how must you paid for the bottle dive this by the 
number of oz in the bottle ,this gives you the price/oz

depensd on the size fo the bottle and the size of your shot glass or who's 
pouring

ice is gneraly not figured into the cost of the drink but mixers are

instead of figuring it as part of the drink try to figure it as  percent of 
total income

they have a lot of info about cost/pricing.also help is a book or info on the 
site by robert plotkin
