Rick,

I found my current job through the academy. I recogmend barbacking if your
planning on working in a fast paced enviroment. It's good to learn the in's
and out's of your bar before you get behind it. The best thing I got from
barbacking was learning the ways things were run at the bar I worked at. Also
learning which drinks were the most popular helped too. Just stand back and
watch the night unfold and you'll feel ready and confident in no time.
