'Wall' refers to the Harvey Wallbanger ingredient - Galliano.

'Slow' is obviously Sloe gin, with 'Screw' being vodka & orange.

The twist might be another fruit liqueur like peach or the addition of another 
juice (pineapple?)

Southern Comfort is often used in the Long Sloe Comfortable Screw against the 
Wall
