'Wall' refers to the Harvey Wallbanger ingredient - Galliano. 'Slow' is obviously Sloe gin, with 'Screw' being vodka & orange. The twist might be another fruit liqueur like peach or the addition of another juice (pineapple?) Southern Comfort is often used in the Long Sloe Comfortable Screw against the Wall Jay
