Hi, I looked up some restaurants in Austin and e-mailed a couple that
advertised their Mexican Martini specialty. Basically, you substitute
gin/vodka with silver tequila (100% blue agave, aged ñ just how aged depends
on how much you want to spend). Here are a couple of recipes: Basic Mexican
Martini: 1 oz Tequila oz Triple Sec Another recipe: 3 drops Vanilla 1 oz
Tequila 1 tb Vermouth (dry) Ice Drop me a line and let me know how you liked
these Ö

MEXICAN MARTINI Recipe

1.5 oz Tequila
.75 oz Cointreau
Splash Sweet Vermouth
Splash OJ

Pour in shaker filled with ice. Top with Margarita Mix and shake!! (the
shaker). Using strainer, pour into martini glass (with or w/o salt). Add
olives (optional)

Yields: 2-3 glasses and people wanting MORE!!
