I could not find much on Amarillo, Amarillo Grand Marnier, or yellow Grand 
Marnier.  I think it is Grande Marnier with added food coloring.  I do not 
believe it affects the taste.

This drink also uses a yellow Grand Marnier.

3 cl Yellow Grand Marnier
3 cl Kahlua
Hot Coffee
Whipped Cream

Mix first three ingredients and pour into a glass.  Add Whipped Cream on top
