Just curious if you know how old the Ruby drink is?

> so hows the job hunting going

The job I thought I had on Monday. He called me up on Tusday and said he
apologized, he got tied up on Monday. He told me I was still being considered
and then yesterday morning I see an add in the paper. He is requesting an
experienced bartender only. I called the school. They are going to call him
and ask what was wrong with the people that were sent. The school told me to
call on Saturday and they will let me know what's going on. But I know and so
do you. I graduated school as a bartender, what a joke, more like a "beginner
in mixology." In other words a bartender is 10% mixologist 25% psychiatrist
35% salesman and 30% entertainer. You can only learn this on the job, so I
ask myself why does my certificate say Bartender? In other words I really
don't blame the establishments for wanting a true bartender, not someone with
a piece of paper. The title bartender is something that you earn with
experience. I just wish they would be a little more cooperative and up front.

The school gave me some more places to go yesterday. However most will just
end up puting an add in the paper for an experienced barteder only.
