                                Mandarine Napoleon

Mandarine Napoleon is a Belgian orange liqueur made from cognac flavored with
essential oils extracted from fresh Sicilian tangerines.

It can be served neat as an after dinner, drink with or without ice cubes, as
an aperitif with orange juice, in cocktails, or even in cooking.

http://www.barnonedrinks.com/tips/dictionary/g.html

Galliano is a liqueur flavoured with herbs, roots and spices made in Italy. 35
per cent alcohol by volume.

Neapolitan Liqueur is America's poor imitation of Italy's Galliano.

I do not know where you are located, but Galliano should be common in liqueur
stores. I do not know where you can buy Galliano online.
