you should know from your invoice what a bottle cost.Divide that by the number
of oz in the bottle.That will give you cost of that brand in $/oz multiply
tha times the amount(in oz) in each drink, that gives you liquor cost per
drink.
That's what you ideal cost should be.Things that will effect this are
spillage,bartenders overpouring ,stealing or giving away product.

other things.Robert Plotkin has a book available that will help and the site
has free forms you can use.
