Pam,

This drink is composed of a shot of Kahlua, approx. 2-3 oz. of Darden
cappucino mix (a powdered mix combined with 12-16 oz. of milk or half & half)
and a glassful of ice. These ingredients are then blended until smooth. A
comparable, make-at-home version of this frozen libation might look like this:

1 & 1/2 oz. Kahlua
2-3 oz. cold cappucino
sweetener (maybe a good helping of confectioner's sugar, simple syrup, or even
something like Ovaltine)
Glassful of ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour into a tall glass and top with
whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup or a few shakes of cocoa powder.

hope this helps! !)

-D
