That could have been a reason, but then if the 21 year olds are the ones to
get the liqueur and the ones younger than 21 can't, than the younger kids
would put in an extra effort to hang around the ones 21 and older. Just a
thought, however, cars don't kill, people do. Liqueur doesn't kill, people
do. Guns don't kill, people do. Don't try telling that to a Fundamentalist.
Before you know it the fundamentalist will find an excuse to rid the world of
toilet paper.
