Hello Mike:

I would say Bartending school has little significance. One of the best ways to
move into the Bartending world is to move up the totem pole at a restaurant
with a large bar and bar crowd. School cannot teach anybody the real world of
bartending. I went from dishwasher to busboy, barback (great experience),
server to bartender and feel confident. I have worked with Bartender School
graduates who have not worked in the biz and it was a nightmare for both of
us..

I also don't know much about the courses, but view the whole thing with a bit
of suspicion. Nonetheless, good luck!

Tim, Northern California
