This recipe is a problem, and I've seen worse. When parts, ounces, splashes
and dashes are put in the same recipe.

I would say a tot in the first recipe is about 4 drop to 6 drops or a quarter
of a teaspoon.

Amarula Dom Pedro

150 ml vanilla ice-cream
25 ml thick cream
2 tots Amarula Cream

Method: Place all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour into a
glass and garnish.
------------------
The Zanzebi Sunset is leaving it to your discretion, but you have 8
strawberries, so you don't want the drink to taste to much like strawberry.
So now how much is a tot? I do not know, but I would use 1 tot = 1/2 ounce in
this recipe. I think this is a foolish way to display a recipe.

 Zambezi Sunset

 2 tots Amarula Cream
 2 tots coffee liqueur
 1 tot/dash grenadine (for colour)
 8 strawberries

Method: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Half fill a
glass with crushed ice, pour the mixture over and garnish.
------------------------
Top up, means fill the rest of the glass with milk until it comes to the top
of the glass.

 Zanzibar
 ½ measure brandy
 ¼ measure coffee liqueur
 1 measure Amarula Cream
 Milk to top up

Method: Combine brandy and Amarula Cream in a shaker with some ice and shake.
Pour the coffee liqueur down the sides of a glass. Strain contents of shaker
into the glass, top up with milk and garnish.
