You can follow the format of the Collins by eliminating the 1 oz rum and 
sustituting Chambord (1 oz. black raspberry liqueur) or try the recipies below.

There are Rum Collins, Vodka Collins, Tom Collins ( 1 oz. Gin), and John 
Collins (1 oz. Blended Whiskey).  As you can see they all follow a basic 
formatted recipe.

Rum Collins

1 oz Rum  (or substitute 1 oz of any liqueur/liquor)
Fill to 1" from rim w/Lemon Mix
Shake
Top w/Club Soda
Garnish-Orange & Cherry

Tall Straw.  Use a Tall Collins Glass.

Raspberry Collins

50ml Plymouth Gin 
25ml Chambord 
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice 
15ml Sugar Syrup 
8-10 Raspberries 

Into a shaker first put the fresh Raspberries. Then add ice and the rest of 
the ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass filled with 
ice

Top with soda water.  Garnish with a Fresh Raspberry

Raspberry Collins

50ml Absolut Vodka
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Gomme Syrup 
8 whole Raspberries (or equivalent puree) and Soda Water

Place raspberries in shaker beneath the ice. Add the Absolut, lemon juice and 
gomme and shake vigorously

Strain into a collins glass filled with ice and top with soda. 
Garnish with 3 raspberries and a lemon wedge.

ice (shake) \ rocks 
Add 2 oz flavor mix or Schnapps for a Cherry, 
Peach, Blackberry, Strawberry, or 
Wildberry Raspberry Collins

1 fluid ounce (oz) =  29.573 milliliters
1 quart (qt) =  9.4635 deciliters
1 gallon (gal) =  3.7854 liters
1 milliliter (ml)  =  1/30 ounce 
1 centiliter (cl)  =  1/3 ounce 
1 deciliter (dl)  =  3 1/2 ounces 
1 liter (l) =  34 ounces
