Okay.  If I were you, I would go to the liquor store and find any (unflavored) 
clear liquor with the highest proof you can find.  Whenn flaming your drinks, 
just gently float a bit of that liquor on top of the drink, light it, and 
there you go.  It shouldn't alter the taste of the drink all too much (most of 
the alcohol will burn away if you use a tiny bit of it), so it doesn't matter 
what you use.  Just find a very high--proof liquor.
