The proof of a liquor is the percentage of alcohol. If something is 200 proof
it is pure 100% alcohol. If it is 80 proof than it is 40 % alcohol and 60%
other ingredients, like sugars and water.
I believe the lowest proof is wine, and wine can have a proof as low as 7.
And it will burn. But the higher the proof the easier to ignite.
