The only alcoholic beverage that ages after it goes into a bottle is wine.  
Red wine only, I believe, not white, and definately not Champagne or any other 
sparkling wines.  Investments are made in scotches, brandies, etcetera, when a 
brand, that year, was made exceptionaly well.
