Kent,the higher the proof the higher it floats.You can find the % of alcohol
or proof on the bottle and you don't have to use a chart.The chart below is
not correct. Buy a bottle of green chartruse and see for yourself.It will go
to the top of every thing listed(you might find a brandy with a higher proof)
