It was just my curiosity to see how well the school did in placing it's
graduates. It's my opinion that most bartending schools are intrested in
getting your money and will say what they have to do that.

you should have taken it peroid(just my opinion). Then on your next interview
you would haave experience behind a bar plus you could probablly learned a
great deal about the business just through osmosis and observation. There is a
high turnover rate in a lot of bars and sooner or later someone one would quit
and you'd be sure to get the job.

So basicly the school sent you to two interviews, one they didn't want a
bartender but a barback and the other the job was taken and then the job line
for the school was not working.
From what a lot of people have told me this is not an uncommon
experience.Anyone out there reading this graduate from a bartending school
where the school actuallly got them a job?

Keep trying I'm sure someone with your drive and personality would make a
good bartender. Check out hcareers.com they have searchable data base of jobs
that are valid and up todate and it's free.(got my first cruise ship job from
there)
Good Luck
