be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL while lighting a drink.. you should not drink a shot
while still lit.. you could seriously burn your mouth and throat.. after you
blow it out.. make sure you stick your hand over it to make sure its out...
some times with high proofs (bacirdi 151 for example) the flame burns so hot
its white.. therefor you think you blow it out.. and you haven't.. many
lawsuits against bartenders have been brought up because of that.. BE VERY
VERY CAREFUL!

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
