Horseradish-infused vodka is mentioned on the internet, but there are no
recipes.

What I would do is take an empty jar and fill it with a bottle of vodka. Put
in the jar one teaspoonfull of horseradish. BECAREFUL how much horseradish
you add. Cover the jar and shake. Put away for 48 hours, shaking the jar
every 24 hours. Then, remove the jar and taste the vodka. If it is week add
more horseradish. Do this procedure until you get the vodka to the desired
taste. Once you have, filter the vodka through a cheese cloth or some type of
filter and put the filtered infused vodka in the vodka bottle. Keep a record
of how much horseradish you added to get to the desired taste.
