       Kent,

I doubt if you will ever find it, as it is more of a technique, than a
drink recipe. The pouring of flaming drinks goes back a long way. One of my
favorites is the "Blue Blazer" cocktail.

Use two large silver-plated mugs, with handles,
1 wine glass Scotch whiskey
1 wine glass boiling water
Put the whiskey into one mug, add the boiling water into the other, ignite the
whiskey, and while blazing mix both ingredients by pouring them four of five
times from one mug to the other. If done well, this will have the apperance of
a continued stream of liquid fire.
Sweeten with 1 teaspoon of powered white sugar, and serve with a piece of
Lemon peel.

This one is a good one for beginners, practice over a sink, have a pitcher
of water ready, don't wear loose clothing, and DON'T practice this at work.

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
