There are various flavors of Rum Creams by different Manufacturer's, but
hardly any recipes. But I did find eleven recipes.

www.caribbeanrums.com/rum_cream.htm

Myer's, Cruzan, Crisma, Fernandes, O'Riley's, Sangster's, Mad Annie's
--------------
The reason their are not a lot of recipes for rum creams, expecially the
flavored ones, in my opinion is, because they are a complete drink recipe in a
bottle. Here is a home made recipe for a Rum Cream Liqueur. See this drink
recipe.

BANANA RUM CREAM

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Creme de Bananas

- Glassware : Cocktail Glass
------------
This looks like a recipe for a homemade Chocolate Rum cream.

Rum Cream Liqueur

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup dark rum
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
4 tsp instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp coconut extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Whirl at high speed
until well blended and smooth. Serve immediately over ice. Or cover tightly
and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Stir before serving.

This is another home made recipe:

Myers Rum Cream

8 oz Myers Rum
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tbls vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend for several minutes on medium.

Refrigerate overnight (important).
---------------
If you see a recipe with Rum and Cream/milk you could substitute the Original
Myers's Rum. If you saw another recipe that contained the ingredients for a
flavored Rum Cream, such as Banana. A banana liqueur/banana, Rum and cream
you could possibly substitute the ingredients in that recipe with the banana
rum cream. See the Hummingbird recipe below.

This is the list of 11 recipes that inculde the ingredient Rum Cream:

Lady Maelyn Rose's Fog Nog

The next is an ancient family recipe of the O'Reilly clan (that's been updated
over the years, lol)

2 gallons of egg nog,

add 1/5 of Baileys Irish Cream,

1/5 Meyers Rum Cream,

1/5 either white chocolate syrup (available at gourmet supply stores and
gourmet markets) or off-white chocolate liqueur

Mix well and add one more gallon of egg nog on top and stir again. (make sure
all your liquors are pre chilled) then garnish with 8 to 10 cups whipped
cream, and sprinkle cinnamon or chocolate sprinkles on top of whip cream. Can
be served with candy canes, licorice twists, or cinnamon sticks as stirrers.
Fair warning, one or two cups of this brew and you won't be able to drive,
lol. The younger generations of my family affectionately call it "fog nog". :)
