the ingredients for you

1. The name 'ruby' is obviously refering to a red colour ,maybe grenadine, but
my guess is Sloe Gin

2. A 'Slipper' (ref Japenese Slipper) refers to a sweet liqueur (like
cointeau) mixed with a combination of lemon juice and egg white

This would be my suggestion to make 1 cocktail...

RUBY SLIPPER
30mls (1oz) Sloe gin
22.5mls (3/4oz) Cointreau or Triple Sec
22.5mls (3/4oz)Lemon Juice
1/2 egg white

SHAKE & STRAIN into 150mls(5oz) Martini glass
(garnished with a cherry?!)

Try it out - see if it's close

Bye , Jason
