1oz. Vodka
1oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Orange Curacao or Grand Marnier
3 - 4 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
Combine in a shaker with a cup of ice. Pour, with ice into a double old
fashion or Collins glass. Top with additional passion fruit juice if needed.

45 ml. Bourbon
Lime juice - of ½ to 1 Lime
a dash of Angostura bitters
Top up with Pineapple juice *
30 ml. Coruba Rum
Use a large 400+ ml. (15 oz.) glass.
Build this drink over ice so as to prevent mixing, by slowly adding each
ingredient by pouring gently over the back of an upturned teaspoon.
* include some fresh Passionfruit juice, if available.
Finally float the Coruba Rum on top of the drink.

Here's the recipe for Tropical Itch........hope it's right.
1/2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz grenadine
1/2 oz myers' rum or Bacardi 151
Shake ingredients (except for 151) with ice and pour into highball glass.
Float 151.
