I would ask the author of the program. I think that the author of the program
will be your only obstacle. For simple courtesy, I would give credit to the
creators of each drink recipe.

However I've always wondered how web sites like Webtender - when they give
credits for a submitted drink recipe - if it has ever happened, handle a
situation, someone contesting that they were the original creators of a
particular drink recipe that was posted in the Webtender database and the
credits given to someone else. Maybe the web master at Webtender can help you
with handling giving the credits.

To distribute you shareware, I would contact www.download.com. It is one of
the many websites that can distribute your shareware. Or you can search "free
ware" or "shareware" and see what websites come up and then email those
websites with your request to offer your share ware.

Since you mentioned Dale DeGroff of www.kingcocktail.com, you may want to
include theses recipes he sent me. I sent him a letter requesting a recipe
that has a very interesting story.

Dear Dale DeGroff,

Your most memorable experience as a bartender was in the Rainbow Room. You
created a special drink, on the spot, for a woman who had just ended a love
affair and was really, really, down in the dumps. It was very spectacular with
flaming orange peels and it ended up becoming the drink of the night- everyone
ordering it. She and all the people stayed all night and it was a marvelous
evening.

Can you please share this great recipe with me?

Thanks,

Kent Garber

MELONCHOLY BABY*

1 1/2 oz. Absolut Citron
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz. Simple syrup
1/2 cup chopped Cantaloupe Melon (or similar)
3 oz. water

Blend all ingredients with crushed ice and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with
a flamed lemon peel.

There is also a Flame of Love Martini that calls for flamed orange peels. If
you don't have that, let me know, will send.

Cheers

FLAME OF LOVE MARTINI

Pepe Ruiz, Chasen’s

1/4 oz. fino sherry
2 oz. vodka
Several peels of orange

Coat the inside of a chilled martini glass with fino sherry and toss out the
excess. Flame several orange peels into the glass. Chill the Vodka and strain
into the seasoned glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

FLAMING: To flame the oil, hold a lit match in one hand, and the twist in the
other. Hold the twist by the side not the ends, between thumb and forefinger,
skin side down, about four inches above the drink. Don't squeeze or you'll
lose all the oil before you flame. Hold the match between the drink and the
twist, closer to the twist. Snap the twist sharply, propelling the oil through
the lit match and onto the surface of the drink.

Cheers

I mailed Cheryl Charming of www.charmingbartricks.com a list of her most
popular recipes. She had only the names and I searched the recipes. I sent
them to her to look over, so she could post them on her website.

Keep me updated on how this works out.
