Ingredients:

Mixing instructions:
Coat the rim of a highball glass with salt. Mix Vodka and Grapefruit juice in

Hurricane, New Orleans Style
Ingredients:
1 oz White rum
1 oz Jamaican Rum
1 oz Bacardi 151 proof rum
3 oz Orange juice with pulp
3 oz unsweetened Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
Crushed Ice
Mixing instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well (shake or stir). Pour over crushed ice in
Hurricane glass. Best enjoyed through small straw. Garnish with fruit wedge if
desired.

Hurricane Punch
2 oz Jero's Red Passion Fruit Cocktail Mix
2 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz good dark rum (Amber)
crushed ice
orange slice and cherry as decoration
Pour Jero's Mix, lemon juice and rum in a hurricane glass and fill the glass
with crushed ice. Decorate with an orange slice and cherry. (Serves 1) -

Pińa Colada
1-1/8 oz of light rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Coco-Lopez
In a bar shaker, shake the three ingredients with shaved ice, until shaker is
cold and frosted. Pour into a flower pot glass, or a cocnut shell.
Café Au Lait
1-1/2 cups strong, hot fresh-brewed coffee
1-1/2 cups hot, rich milk
sugar to taste
Using two pots (one of coffee and one of milk) pour simultaneously into each
of four cups. Serve at once with or without sugar. (Serves 4)
Mardi Gras Punch
2 oz Praline Liqueur
1 oz vodka
whipped cream to top
chocolate shavings as a garnish
Mix the Praline Liqueur and vodka together and stir well. Pour into a
champagne glass or martini-up glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with
chocolate shavings. Serves 1
Madewood Wassail Bowl
1 gallon apple juice or cider
1 box cinnamon sticks
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup rum
In a 2-gallon pot over low heat, simmer the apple jucie with the cinnamon
sticks. Cover the pot and cook for 1 hour. Remove from the heat and add the
butter; it will melt on its own. Add the honey and rum very slowly, testing to
taste for sweetness (the honey) and for the taste of liquor (the rum). More
rum can be added a+ccording to your individual taste. Serve hot. Serves 12 to

Brennans Gin Fizz
2 tsp superfine sugar
1 egg white
1 dash vanilla
2 dashes orange flavored water
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 oz half and half
1 oz gin
Shake and strain into an Old Fashion glass.
Antoines Jubilee Cocktail
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
few drops green food coloring

6 cups Louisiana coffee w/chicory
Preparation:

Combine milk and cream in saucepan; bring just to a boil (bubbles will
form around edge of pan), then remove from heat. Pour small amount of
coffee in each coffee cup. Pour remaining coffee and hot milk mixture
together until cups are 3/4 full.
NOTE: Skim milk can be substituted for milk and cream for those who are
counting calories.
