I thought you may like this recipe I came across in a book called, "The
everything Bartender's Book," by Jane Parker Resnick.

Stars and Stripes

3/4 oz Cherry Heering

3/4 oz Cream

3/4 oz Blue Curacao

Pour ingredients, in the order given, into a cordial glass, so that they form
separate layers.
--------------------

Cherry Heering is a Danish cherry liqueur invented in the late 1700s or the
early 1800s by Peter Heering. It is dark red and has a flavor of
black-cherries that is not overly sweet.
The manufacturing company, Peter F. Heering, was founded on December 1st 1818.
