CORRECTION:

To get 15% alcohol, you'd mix one part of 100 proof with 4 and 3/4 parts of 
juice etc.  I think I used 200 proof last night, and rounded. 
If you used one part 100 proof and 7 parts juice like I said last night, 
you'd get a 7% alcohol mis, which would freeze at maybe 28 or 30 degrees F. 
However, these calculations are for standard solutions of ethyl alcohol and 
water.  If you add salt, or juice (which has it own extra chemicals) that 
will lower the freezing point a lot.
