This is the only information available on the internet:

Santa Clara Rompope:

Enjoy it straight, on the rocks, or as a great base for your favorite mixed
drinks and desserts, with the best of the old Mexican tradition.

Elaborated strictly following the formulas that were so reknown in the
manufacturing of the rompope by the V.V. Nuns of the Santa Clara Convent in
Puebla De Los Angeles and being the only concessionaries thereof.

If it like eggnog than any recipe that contains the ingredient eggnog could
possibly be substituted with the ingredient Santa Clara Rompope.

Black Christmas

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Black Sambuca
6 oz Eggnog
Mixing instructions:
Mix 1-1/2 ounces of Black Sambuca into a glass filled with 6 ounces of Eggnog,
Stir.

Creator/contributor's comments:
It takes a lot of Black Sambuca to taste real strong. So, the more you add the
more punch it packs!!!
