Traffic Light Drink

Ingredients:
 1 oz. Southern Comfort
 1 oz. peach schnapps
 2 oz. Blue Curacao
 3 tbsp. raspberry cordial
 3 oz. orange juice
 ice

 Steps:
1. Put the ice, Southern Comfort®, schnapps and orange juice in a shaker.
2. Shake six to eight times.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass.
4. Pour the Curacao over the back of a spoon so that it sinks to the bottom
without mixing.
5. Float the raspberry cordial on top.

Tips:
Pour the Southern Comfort® mix first, then float the cordial, and use green
crème de menthe on the top and no Curacao to get a Cameroon Cooler.

Inverted Traffic Light

Ingredients:
1 oz Peach schnapps
Orange juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Absolut Vodka
Mixing instructions:
Fill cocktail glass with ice. Pour in the 1oz. of Peach Schnapps, then add
orange juice 3/4 to the top and shake. Slowly add the 1/2oz. of Grenadine
(watch it sink to the bottom of the glass). In a mixer, mix the 1/2oz. of Blue
Curacao with the 1/2oz. of Vodka then, slowly strain into the cocktail glass
(filled with oj and Grenadine). Voila! Your inverted Traffic Light. Note: The
drink is consumed in layers and therefore, not stirred.

Creator/contributor's comments:
The purpose on mixing the Blue Curacao with the Vodka is to enable the Blue to
"float". Since it is a syrup in itself, if poured alone, the Blue Curacao
would sink to the bottom, mix with the Grenadine and cause a hideous purple
mess. When poured successfully, this drink makes an excellent conversation
piece and can result in a rewarding night.

Traffic Light Cocktail

                1/3 measure(s) Blue Curacao
                4 measure(s) Orange Juice
                2-3 tbsp(s) Raspberry Cordial
