Offering you a wild guess...
Sloe Gin is a berry flavoured liqueur - it will definately be a component
The use of 'Cow' probably is derived from the addition of either Kahlua or a 
chocolate liqueur
Most coolers use Lemonade or soda
I wouldn't be suprised if it also contained Pineapple juice as it is one of 
the more compatible mixers with the above ingredients
