No alcohol continues to age after it is bottled.

"Aging" is a chemical process that occurs between the liquor and the wood 
barrels in which it is stored, not a simple passage of time.

Certain bottles of liquor are more valuabe becase os supply and demand laws 
...the fewer bottles available of drinks people want the more they will be 
worth.

So after time there will naturally be fewer bottles of every liquor from a 
certain year.  So only time can really rell, but passng time does not change 
the inherent value of the alcohol only the market value.
