It changes from place to place. If you are near a resort community
summers can be the best. California by the beach gets busy in the summers,
rivers also get busy. Are you by a lake? otherwise they can suck. During the
summer All my bartenders and managers take vacation. I personally pick up
catering shifts to keep the great flow of bucks during the summer. Before this
job I worked on a floating restaurant on the Sacramento river. You didn't get
a day off from april to october, and big bucks, but winters were dead.
