Here are a few recipes for the Green Apple Martini.

Green Apple Martini
1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. Apple Pucker
add some ice
------------------------------------
It's colorful, and it is remarkably smooth. Give it a try. I have big martini
glasses, so let's make it a double:

Green Apple Martini

The Green Apple Martini offers a clean, cool nose with a promise of full fruit
flavor. The pleasant surprise of the vodkašs crispness is rounded by the taste
of apples with a sweet, green finish.

To Make:
4 parts ABSOLUT
2 parts apple liqueur
Dash of sour apple schnapps Garnish with two lunettes of green apple
----------------------------------------
Green Apple Martini

Felix shares his recipe with us for this lavender pink martini:

TESTAROSA MARTINI

Felix G. Ray, bartend at Prego Ristorante in Beverky Hills,
calls this martini the Testarosa because "it's like the car- it
goes down smooth and fast."

1 1/2 oz Absolut Citron vodka

Dash of Chambord for color

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 ounces of Rose's lime juice or fresh lime juice
1 1/4 oz of unsweetened canned pineapple juice (fresh,
unsweetened juice is always preferred)

Shake and strain into martini glass. Makes one 3 oz martini.

A Gray Martini

The Blackbird

I learned about this tres elegante little cocktail after losing
five c-notes at the craps table at the wonderful Born Every
Minute Casino in Atlantic City. It really requires a silver
martini shaker and a martini glass for full effect, but you can
use a Tupperware lettuce crisper and a pie pan in a pinch. Fill
the shaker with ice and add:

3 oz. Bacardi Limon Rum
3 drops Sambuca Opal Nera
(best measured out with an eye-dropper)

Shake to Santana's "Black Magic Woman". The garnish is really
important here, and should be a blackberry or even three
blueberrys when they're in season, or three coffee beans or even
a twist of lemon when they're not, so maybe the garnish isn't
really that important. So far as I know, this is the world's
only gray martini.

Black & White Martini

3 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz dark creme de cacao
Garnish: black & white licorice candies

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice
and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Red Martini

1/4 oz dry vermouth
2 oz gin
splash of campari

Build in mixing glass with ice, stir with ice and strain into a
chilled martini glass or rocks glass with ice.
