Vanilla stoli is a vanilla flavored vodka.

I do not know where you are located, but in the US there are Specs warehouses.

Vanilla schnapps is a lower proof than a vanilla liqueur. That's why they are
cheaper.

I believe a schnapps is also sweeter than a liqueur.

If not you can make your own.
-----------------
Vanilla Liqueur

1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup water
1 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup 100-proof vodka
1/2 cup brandy

Bring brown sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring
constantly to prevent scorching. When clear, stir in corn syrup and heat for 1
minute more. Remove from heat and let stand until just warm. Transfer to a
clean 1-quart container. Add vanilla, vodka, and brandy. Cover and let stand
in a cool, dark place for 1 month before serving. YIELD: Approximately 1
Fifth.
