The only listing for a waikiki Sour is at the Mango Cafe, Stoupa Messinias, 
Greece.  It does not list the ingredients.

It's probably a whiskey sour mixed with some fruit juices.

Whiskey Sour
1 shot whiskey
Sour mix
Garnish: Cherry and lemon slice
Stir and garnish.

Waikiki Tease 

1 oz. dark rum
3 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice 

Instructions: 

Pour all ingredients over ice in a glass. Stir.
