"Citron" is the French word for lemon.  And "presse" is the French word for 
press (a transitive verb for "presse" is "squeeze" and "presser" is to 
squeeze).  "Citron pressee" is fresh lemon juice.


So to answer your question a "citron presse" would be a lemon press or lemon 
squeezer.
