The Chocolate Martini is one of my favorite drinks.  Try the first one. try 
substituting the 1/2 teaspoon Cointreau with 1/2 teaspoon of different type 
fruit liqueurs, such as cherry, strawberry, Chambord etcetera.

Chocolate Martini

3 oz. vodka
1 1/2 oz. clear crème de cacao
1/2 teaspoon Cointreau 
2 Hershey's Kisses

Combine vodka, crème de cacao and Cointreau in a mixing glass with ice. Shake 
or stir. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with an unwrapped 
Hershey's Kiss.

Serves 2.

Chocolate Martini
  
3 oz  vodka 
1/2 oz  chocolate liqueur 
Garnish: chocolate curl 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir. Strain into 
a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

2 parts Vanilla Stoli
1 part Crème de Cacao

Directions/Comments: Chill glass and then rim with cocoa powder. Add in the

Chocolate Martini

2 oz Stolichnaya Gold vodka
splash Godiva Chocolate Liqueur 
splash Kahlua

Serve straight up in a martini glass.

3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacoa
Hershey's Hug

(I do not know what a Hershey's Hug is, maybe it's another name for a 
Hershey's Kisses)

Shake with ice, Serve up in a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with cocoa powder 
& Hug placed point up in bottom

Chocolate Martini

Combine 2 oz. vodka, 1 oz. dark crème de cacao, 1 oz. chocolate liqueur (like 
Godiva) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into chilled 
cocktail glass. Garnish with a Pocky (chocolate-dipped cookie stick, available 
at Asian markets) swizzle stick.

For a white chocolate martini, use clear crème de cacao and Godiva white 
chocolate liqueur.

or chocolate twist.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 shot Godiva liqueur 
1 1/2 shot Creme de cacao 
1/2 shot Vodka 
2 1/2 shots Half-and-half 

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake and pour into chilled cocktail 
glass.
