Lemon gin is gin that has been slightly flavored with lemon.

There are several gin compounds on the market. In a gin compound the gin absorbs the color and aroma of the ingredients it is mixed with. Some types are:

Lemon gin

mixed with lemon and/or lemon peel.

Orange gin

mixed with bitter orange.

Almond gin

mixed with bitter almond.
